RETURN POLICY

Damages and Issues: 

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue.

Exchanges: 

The fastest way to ensure you get a product you are happy with is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds: 

If you would like a refund on your purchase, please return your item, at your own cost, to us for an evaluation on the item. We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund as well.

We do not do refunds on the following items:

Damaged in transit

A candle that has already been lit

A used product (eg, blocks used from a wax melt pack)

 

Exceptions /Non-returnable items:  

Certain types of items cannot be returned, eg, custom products (such as special orders or personalized items). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. Unfortunately, we do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

​SHIPPING POLICY

  • R89 for all orders to major cities. R100 to outlying areas. 

  • Free shipping to all orders over R750*. â€‹

  • We are situated in Pretoria and delivery time is dependent on your distance from Pretoria (generally 2-3 working days).

  • Once your package is handed over to the courier, we cannot take responsibility for it. If you encounter an issue with delivery, please contact Fastway couriers. Please also do inform us, so we can also follow up on our side.

  • Once your package is collected by the courier, you will be provided with a tracking number.  

*Any packages over 5kgs (5 candles or more) will require an alternative packaging and delivery method. Surcharges may apply to bulk orders.​

 

PICK-UP POLICY​

  • Collections are available. 

  • Orders for collection in Pretoria East will be arranged upon request.

  • Collections will only occur from Monday to Friday, excluding all public holidays.

  • Collection times will be within our operating hours.

  • Allow 2-5 days processing time, dependent on stock availability, as all products are hand made to order.
