We are situated in Pretoria and delivery time is dependent on your distance from Pretoria (generally 2-3 working days).

Once your package is handed over to the courier, we cannot take responsibility for it. If you encounter an issue with delivery, please contact Fastway couriers. Please also do inform us, so we can also follow up on our side.

Once your package is collected by the courier, you will be provided with a tracking number.
*Any packages over 5kgs (5 candles or more) will require an alternative packaging and delivery method. Surcharges may apply to bulk orders.​
