Shipping:
Each order has a 2-5 working day processing time before we can send your order out for delivery. Once your order is completed and has been collected by our couriers, we will send you an email to notify you. At this point, it will take 2 -3 working days to deliver to major cities across South Africa.
Damages and Issues:
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue.
Exchanges:
The fastest way to ensure you get a product you are happy with is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds:
If you would like a refund on your purchase, please return your item, at your own cost, to us for an evaluation on the item. We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund as well.
We do not do refunds on the following items:
Exceptions /Non-returnable items:
Certain types of items cannot be returned, eg, custom products (such as special orders or personalized items). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. Unfortunately, we do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
